Felans Pack

Felan takes them to a small clearing, there are many tall grasses and the sound of a small creek nearby can be heard. “This is the main hunting ground, when there’s a herd here grazing we may kill it if we’re running low on food. Alpha has permitted us to have 2 elk killed at a time and no more.” He looks in the direction a creek can be heard, “We try to be more careful with food, as I’m guessing Sirhaan has told you about what happened before.”

“I understand, though it wasn’t entirely our fault,” He looks around a bit, “Alpha isn’t.. Well he’s very selfish. I could go into detail but at our old territory, he made us hunt every last elk, bunny, or deer we saw. We would’ve said something against it, but he and the higher ranking wolves swore they would tear us apart if we didn’t obey.” He sighs, “that’s why I tried challenging him. I thought if I could end his reign I could make the pack happier, I thought I could make us a better pack, but I failed..” He picks his head up, “b-but anyways, uh, if you want to know more about it I could take you over to him. He’d probably know more than me.”

“I would hope so, heh. But.. if you still have concerns I can take you to him.” Felan is visibly nervous and his voice is slightly shaky.

“Oh, go- I mean, Alright then anything else you would like to see or know about?”

Felan whispers back, “No not at all, but..” He motions his head towards a few trees, “we’re being spied on, ill explain everything, we just need to get somewhere safer.”

“Other than the dens I can only think of one and it’s more towards where we came from.”

“Sure, follow me” He stood up and started walking in the direction they came, Sirhaan followed him.

After a bit of walking they arrived at a mountain on the side a large cave could be seen. “This is the only cave I know of, there may be more.” Felan walked over to it. “We haven’t explored much but it’s fairly large.”

“Okay” Felan and Sirhaan walk into the cave. “What is it you’re looking for?”
