Poker walked over to Ulvers den around dusk and looked in with her tail lashing slightly. "Droplet said you were to test me for my try out to move up to Zeta. I was thinking we could do it in the morning" she said sitting in the entrance

Ulver was drinking some of his mushroom water when she arrived. He looks up from his drink "Ah there you are my friend. Please come in. Yes I heard something about that. I think morning would be a fine time to do this. As far as your test goes, I figure it can't hurt to go ahead and tell you more about it. We all know you are a mighty warrior. That's not something to be questioned. But as you know, Zeta is the War Leader, therefore you will be commanding the other warriors as well. This concept reminds me much of the war bands my family has. So. What we will do is give you two options. Option one is leading your fellow wolves into a battle. You'll be killing 4 Grizzlies total over 6 days, depending on how well that goes you can pass, though you may not fight, only your fellow wolves unless they are about to be severely injured. Or. You and I can go and kill 3 bears over 7 days and the condition is you aren't allowed to do much of the fighting. You have to use your head. Set traps, ambushes, that sort of thing. Any questions, comments or concerns?"

"I guess option 2 yet I will probably get into the fights. It's war leader, not craft leader" she said lowly flattening her ears. Poker then yawned and lashed her tail around. "Whatever will be the shortest amount of time with the most fighting I'll do. I'll see u in the morning and we can talk more then" Poker said stretching back and turning away. She laid down on the forest edge a little ways from the densite. She was hesitant about sleep yet in the end desided to because she could smell coming rain. Poker sprawled out onto her chest and belly then flattened her ears. After awhile she fell into a light sleep.

Ulver laughs and lays down as she leaves. When morning comes he wanders out in search for Poker.

Pokers ears twitch as the morning light falls over her. She lifts her head and yawns then lashes her tail. "Been so long since I've slept" she said softly with a thick Russian accent which she had anytime she woke up. She noticed her pelt was damp. "Must've slept through the rain" she growled lowly. Poker then sat her head back down and yawned again.

Poker lifted her head slowly and flattened her ears. "Let's talk. I've already slept with I eat to my full too ill be a total bitch. I'm gonna be snapped already" She said siting up and speaking in her thick Russian accent.

"Alright then. First off I want to talk about the task again. I want to remind you that we already know you can kill. you've show this time and time again, it's not in doubt. You also aren't running for a lower position like Eta and thats why we arent just having you kill something. I'm testing you to see if you can think tactically. That's why the traps and leadership skills are being tested rather than solely combat prowess. Yes you will be able to fight still but those are a must. Does this make sense?"
