StarStrike was out trying to catch a rabbit when she heard the sound of water. "I wonder where that's coming from" she said aloud. So she followed the sound untill she came to what she assumed was a small clearing, not realizing how close the water was to her she slipped and fell in. "Help" she yelled hoping someone could hear her "I can't swim". She tried to keep her head above the water but didn't succeed. While she was under she started to hear the voices if her dead family.
Shade (Her Sister) : you failed me I didn't leave my pack when our parents died, so I could find you just to watch you drown like I did.
Mother: Your a useless pup just like your father and I knew you would be. I told him "we should drop her in the river" but he said you still deserve a chance. He sure was wrong just look at you your drowing in a pool.

She was hunting for the pack when she heard something by the water so she headed over there and saw a wolf drowning so she jumped in and dragged the wolf out. She hated getting wet but she couldn’t let a wolf that did nothing to her die in front of her.

Even though she knew she had been saved the voices she had heard and what they said still haunted her. "The voices make them stop, I don't want to end up like you" she mumbled

She nudged the wolf gently as she heard the wolf mumbled something.

Realizing that the voices had indeed stopped and that she was being nudged by someone or something, the she tried to stand. "Blurgh I hate the water"
