Beech tilted her head, unused to being ignored at first sight. It felt odd, if somewhat freeing. She stepped right into the line of sight of the wolves.

Poker stretched back and went up to her spot above the dens. She yawned and laid down then placed her head on her left front leg.

Vixen walked deep into the forest and came to a lake and sat down looking at the water

As Vixens scent got lighter Poker decided to follow since she was bored. As she saw Vixen staring into the water she slowly made her way over and looked into the water as well.

Vixen sat in silence still looking at the water even knowing droplet was behind her.

"no reason" She replied as she remembered Blade with her running and having a good time. She was still looking at the water.

Beech watched as they walked off, then got up and headed into the forest. She could hunt whether or not she had packmates to help her. She made her way to a stream, looking for the elk that often came here to drink. Finding one, she gave chase, attacking and finally killing it on the bank of a lake. She looked around. The other wolves were nearby. She began to drag her kill towards them, her muzzle stained with blood.

She shook her head then the memories vanished for now. She sighed and laid by lakeside.

Beech made it to the group of wolves, standing to the side of her kill. She tilted her head towards it and wagged her tail.

"I'm not the biggest fan of looking into the water because of my eyes yet I do like swimming occasionally when my mind wanders or when my past bothers me" Poker said lowly as she looked back at Beech. "Nice kill Beech"

Beech nodded, wading into the lake. The blood from the carcass floated off of her fur, staining the water around her red.

Poker yawned and looked into the water. She then pinned her ears back pawed her reflection destorting it. Poker then turned her gaze else where
