Tom rotated his ears forward and offered a warm smile to Shiryo before resting his head onto his paws, leaning against the other male gently. "Mmm... I wish this rain would just stop." The male let out a quite huff.

Tom chuckled softly before letting out a long breath and closing his eyes again. And, eventually, the male fell into a very light sleep.

Hours had past, majority of the pack has drifted into a slumber, others awake, but barely. What they were about to experience, no one had suspected. The rain had lightened up to a small drizzle, the land barely visible, though not enough to go back to the territory safely.
An abrupt growl woke up the pack. A black shape, several of them ''Well well well.. Look what we have here'' one of the wolves croaked.
''We have ourselves chewtoys boys!'' Another one said, slightly ahead of the other wolves, a female, glossy silver pelt, lashing her tail, who reeked of dead animals. ''Did you step on the wrong side of the valley?'' She challenged, flicking her tail ever so slightly, the wolves behind her stepping closer. They were big, about as big as Poker. ''Circle them.''

The virile snarled at the strangers, quickly getting up "Hm..I suggest you leave before things get ugly." His toes slightly flexed allowing his talons to clink on the ground, his large ivories showing in a quiet snarl

Tom's eyes shot open the moment he felt Shiryo leave his side. The male got up quickly and turned, quickly spotting the strangers. The small male let out a low growl. Cautiously, Tom stepped up beside Shiryo, flattening his ears to the pack of his head and just let a low growl rumble in his throat, his tail flicking with anxiety.

Beech didn't move for a second, then slowly stood, although not to her full height. She looked around the strange wolves, then took one step to the side so that her side brushed up against the wall of the cave.

Poker unlocked her automail and as it dropped down the knife came out almost instantly. She pinned her ears back crouching with a smirk
