Droplets mother chucked and gushed "Hmm.. lets see.. when I was a young pup, my pack, Black River, was overcrowded, with little territory to expand and prey that was almost impossible to find. And no, we couldnt move to a different location either because no one wanted to admit our pack was too weak. So to help the pack population, our Alpha, told us that pups must fight to death to show strength, to prove themselves worthy and capable of living in our pack. for he will not tolerate weakness" Droplets mother sighed "Dasker <the Alpha> told me I was one of the lucky ones, that I could live a happy life because I had won the battles, it was all a lie.." she trailed off "He told me he doesnt accept wolves like my brother and that he was a coward" she looked down "my brother didnt want to fight, so my alpha had to leave him to the cruel outside world, unprotected & abandoded.. Now ive come to my senses and realized I had to fight my litter mates for the entertainment of my Alpha" The female blinked and continued "I dont think someones soul should be used as an entertainment slave no matter what" She shuddered again "when you are older, promise me something" Droplets mother whined

"Promise me you'll make a pack called White River and treat everyone with grace"
