To The City

"I'm going to say good bye to the humans and to get my marks. Then I will likely never see them again. We also have to get noticed my the 2 police wolf dogs that work for Teufel" Poker said lowly curling her tail around her side. "Do u of anyone who wanted to tag along?"

"I want to leave now so we can get near the city before dawn" Poker said lowly yawning. It was dusk at the moment, she only liked to travel at night. Poker looked towards the way they were headed and twitched her ears

“No let’s just head out so I can do what I need to. I have many places to visit” she barked lowly standing up. Poker fixed her balance then looked back at Ulver:

She went into an uneven trot. Poker flattened her ears while trotting and headed towards the wind. As the stars started to settle over the sky she went into a run. Poker was surprisingly fast going straight with 3 legs. She shook out her coat and she lifted her head catching scent of the city. Poker had traveled to the city before but not many times.

“U will get used to it” she said lowly. Poker slid under a fence into a dark yard. Lots of human things were scattered about. “This is a junk yard. They smell to high hell to new wolves like ur self yet we will be here for a bit. Just a few hours while I sort out the city. I haven’t been around since they’ve made new places” Poker said walking over to some old mattresses. “U may stay here while I go search out a few things or come”

"Mk but u have to stay quiet at night and follow me closely. U see something come after us don't immediately kill it" she said lowly. Poker trotted out into an alley and walked slowly sniffing around. "I have to find 3 houses" she said to him while looking around the corner. Poker perked her ears and turned the corner slowly then walked along the side of buildings. She twitched her ears as she heard chains. Poker noticed the small house near and figured it was a dog. She looked down the dark road and darted across then went to the yard. Sure enough there was a dog, on a chain was a large pit bull. "Aye" Poker said lowly pawing the fence. The dog sat up and turned around with a confused look. "U r some big dogs" he said softly. "We r wolves" she replied. Poker looked to his collar "Bolder, if I'm reading that right, I'm looking for a girl, young kid, she has a collie?" Poker said tilting her head. The dog thought for a minute. "Ah yes! Down the road to the left she should be walking Missy now" the dog smiled. Poker nodded lightly before heading that way. Under a street light was a young girl walking with a black and white collie. Poker went into an alley and watched the girl walk by. The dog, Missy, stopped and growled lowly smelling Ulver and Poker. The girl turned around "what is it girl" she said walking over. Missy backed up slightly and eyed Poker. The girl saw the wolves and backed up too. "Missy I'm looking for Jamey" she said with her head down. Missy gave a slight wag of her tail. "I'm just glad u 2 aren't wolves trying after my girl here. Yes just follow us we r headed home now" Missy gave the child a nudge and they headed to the house. "Don't trust any of theses dogs" Poker said lowly to Ulver. "Most will try and kill u or bark then their owners will shoot u" she said following. "Missy is a dog who would sometimes come to the lab and Bolder smelt like her so I knew he must know her. He was on a chain which they usually can't get off but don't bank on that" Poker said as the got to a house. Missy walked up the stairs with the kid and they went inside. Poker sat down on the porch. "Jamey is the nice girl from the lab, I'm sure u remember her. She lives here and I need to get my marks and visit 2 others"

"Good good" Poker said as the door opened again. Jamey walked out and smiled. "132753! Hey girl!" She said happily hugging them both. "U 2 come inside!" She smiled opening the door. Poker followed behind Ulver and as they went inside. Poker sat down on a carpet by the couch where the little girl and Missy were laying down. "Stay here I'll be right back" Jamey said walking to the back of the house. Poker stood up and followed slowly. "I'll be back just stay up here for a sec" Poker said lowly walking off.

Missy watches Ulver and rests her head on the little girls lap. Poker and Jamey head down stairs behind a door into the basement. It's silent for a bit till a guy walks through to the kitchen. He then goes back to where he came from and it's silent. Missy lifts her head and looks around curiously and sits up looking out the window. She gives a low growl and crouches as 2 large dogs sniff around the road. Missy jumps off the couch and goes outside through the large dog door. "Hey u guys know u shouldn't be so close to the house without a permit" you can hear her growl from outside. The dogs lift their heads and look to Missy then each other. They pass the gate and sit infront of her. "Missy" the dark brown female growls. The tan male flattens his ears. "You shouldn't be housing the wild life" the male says lowering his head. The female perks her ears "Missy u know the rules" she said standing up. Missy stood also and her tail lashed lightly. "Amy and Oscar as dogs of the state u r trespassing and I will tell Savy" she snarled. The wolf dogs looks at each other and gave a slight smile. "Tell Savy and Mary goes bye bye" the female (Amy) smirked. Missy tucked her tail. "Just stay outside" Missy growled as she slid inside. She stood on her hind legs and looked out the window at the 2 wolf dogs sitting glaring at her. "These damn police mutts need to be caged" she snarled then went to the couch.

Sirhaan followed Poker and Ulvers scents until it lead her to a city. ‘Is this the city they were talking about?’ She thought. She spotted the place where their scents went into and decided to keep her distance. She explored a bit and came back to the house, she stayed in the shadows where she was less likely to be spotted, keeping her eyes on the house.
