“YASSSS I mean uh great” Poker chuckled lowly. She could see the coyote in the hole looking around for a way out or for help so she snapped towards it to keep its attention. Poker kept eye contact with the coyote and growled lowly anytime it broke this eye contact. “I can smell at least 2 above us...I’ll handle this one and we shall see what that sets off” Poker said lowly still looking at the coyote. She slowly got closer till the coyote was snapping and snarling daring to bite her. As Poker lunged in the coyote got a hold of her cheek. She shook her head but it kept a tight hold. Poker tilted her head and roughly bit down on its body. She stuck her head into the near stream. Blood ran down through the water till Poker lifted her head after the coyote finally let go. As it tried to get from the water Poker pressed her paw onto its far holding it under while moving her ears about searching for sounds. As the coyote went limp she lifted her paw and looked over the area. She had a different look over her face for the moment as she twitched her ears and scanned the area still. Poker then wildly sniffed the air. “Yup definitely 2 or 3 above us. Droplet mind going after them when I give u the signal” she said giving her head a slight tilt. She stood still searching for a sound or scent. Both her ears went towards the small hole as Poker kept from looking that way. She gave Droplet the nod to go up hill. Pokers ears didn’t shift from facing the den as she looked across the stream closest to her. “Ulver join Droplet” she said softly before moving her head to where the den was in her side view. She was waiting for the coyote or coyotes inside to make a move, she could hear them moving about

Droplet nodded before taking off uphill, he saw indeed 2 Coyotes, none of them aware of our presence ''She didnt give us clear instructions how to kill them'' he shook his head ''Run around that tree to get their attention, once you come back attack one, i got the other one''

As Poker saw one Coyote running towards her from the hole she snapped her head to the side grabbing it and snapping its neck. The other one latched to her back where she couldn’t reach. It stood thrashing it s Head around tearing at her flesh. Poker roughly rolled onto her back and rolled around trying to cause bone damage and or blind it with the dirt. When she stood it still hadn’t let go. Poker quickly went to the nearest tree and backed up then shoved herself into it. The coyote let out a low yelp and the second it let go she’s tossed it up and grabbed it by the neck. Poker shoved a stick through its lungs as she sniffed out Ulver and Droplet. “We r still looking for 2 more if there’s 7” she said lowly sniffing and sniffing her ears bout.

Ulver gives a silent nod as he sprints off past the tree, snarling to captivate the coyotes attention. As they both item to face him, he slingshots around the tree and charges them down. Upon contact he'd take the left one by the scruff in his maw as the other bites his flank. He brushes the biting coyote off as he makes room for Droplet. It's about this time the coyote in his jaws beaks free and bites his leg,.. But not before he gains control of the spine and snaps it's neck.

Droplet charged at the other Coyote who bit Ulvers flank again, he grabbed the Coyote by its scruff and tore it off Ulver, shaking it around, stunning it, he then bit down harder cutting off air and blood circulation, seconds have passed and the body went limp.

“I don’t think the den...” Poker said looking around. She quickly looked up hill with her ears back. “I think they just got back” she said lowly since there were 2 coyotes down by the den sniffing wildly. “Okay we can run faster so let’s head up hill, I want u guys to circle around and flank em once they move up and r focused on me” Poker said as she roughly stepped on a stick breaking it. The 2 coyotes looked their way. Poker twitched her ears to their trotting. “Mk lets go” she said starting in a trot. Poker took a glance back seeing they were gaining “Okay guys circle around” she said now going into a run so the coyotes had to work harder to get up the hill and catch up with her

Ulver ducks into the under brush and umbra of the woods as he goes right, taking to the mossy terrain as best as he can, avoiding twigs that would betray his presence.

Poker drifted to her left and snarled to Coyotes to get their attention. Both coyotes stopped and growled, snarled, barked, and nipped at her as she kept her guard. Poker looked to the boys as if to signal em

Droplet pounced at the nearest Coyote, taking it by surprise. He grabbed its scruff and hit it against the tree hard enough to once again stun it. His jaws closed tight enough for all 3 of them to hear a crack. The body lay limp

While the other coyote is distracted, Ulver grabs it by a back leg and drags it away from his friends before pining it under his bulky form. He places one large paw on its head as he leans down and grabs its neck and then shakes, snapping the spine and severing the brain stem.

“That would be seven but we have no proof that’s all there were. We will lay up here for awhile seeing if any try to leave the den or come back to it” Poker said lowly as she sat down

“Just foils the pups plans why don’t you” Poker rolled her eyes and gesturing towards the den once more where to young coyotes were peeking out. “They aren’t even yearlings, do they have to die?” She tilted her head looking to Droplet. She knew they had to be moved but since Poker had no contact to her own pups a lot she couldn’t help but wanna spare the 2.

Poker stared at him blankly. "maybe i will" she stuck her tongue out at him and looked to the 2 pups once more. She licked her snout and got taste of the coyotes blood once again. A slight lust came over her eyes "They would be fun to chase down too"
