Odette let out a humming sound as if she calculated Raven’s answer. “Interesting way to bring up pups then. Only the strong survive they said. You’re not like them Raven.” Odette’s mismatch brown and blue eyes were on Raven something was up with how quickly the darker dame answered the Aussie, she couldn’t quiet put her paw on it, but Odette didn’t want to interrogate Raven into answering her in more detail seeing as they all just met today. She would hold off on these thoughts for now.

Raven saw the building up ahead and she sighed softly. "Just a few more and we are there." Raven said as she picked up her pace as well. Raven decided it was time to tell them anything they wanted to know since they got hurt because of her.

Kajetan grunts in acknowledgment, quickening his pace and dropping the kill a small distance from the building. He stands over it to keep away scavengers, a series of loud, deep barks sounding from the canine to call out the rest of the dogs in their group.

The male pushed his head through the window looking around. Timber lifted himself into the window frame and sat down. His seemingly colorful eyes scanned the yard briefly before he tossed his head back in a playful yet victorious howl. After his howl Timber lept from the window to the ground below. Trotting around the edges of the fence he sniffed wildly, the chain from his collar dragging lightly. He pranced towards the door and hooked his collar around a hook for keys. With a quick and swift motion Timber slid his oldish blue collar off. The chain lightly brushed into the wall as he turned quickly allowing his tail to hit it as well. Timber trotted and bounded over the high fence and continued towards the town. Taking his normal trail along a side road he used to take with Amina, her scent still softly hanging in the air about.

Yuki lifted her head ears perked upon hearing Kaj's barks. The smell of deer blood filled her nose which caused her to lick her chops in anticipation. Another scent filled her nose that made her blood boil: dog blood. Scrambling to her paws, Yuki ran out the building and to where she heard Kaj's barks.

Raven laid down to rest as she waited for the rest of them. She licked her injuries while she laid down. She didn't want her injuries to get infected since that would be a pain to deal with.

He steps back from over the carcass as the other canine comes over, motioning for her to go ahead and eat. He pads over to Raven, lowering his head to sniff at the injuries. “I’m not sure what licking those will do. You may want to have someone check them out.”

"Do you know anyone that knows about this stuff?" Raven asked as she stopped licking her wounds. Raven put her head on her paws and yawned. She decided to get some good sleep while she waited since she never got a good sleep in awhile.

Odette sighed as she sat among the others they finally arrived back “Finally, now if everyone would come out we could eat.” She half chuckled, but there was some honesty to her words. The Aussie glanced at her bitten shoulder, that and a few scratches were to only wounds she’d gotten from her opponent, shoulder being the worse of them. Odette looked up hearing Yuki approaching them fast.

His head tilts, expression thoughtful for a moment. “I know a bit, learned from my mother when I was two. I might be able to help out some.” He sits back on his haunches, raising a forepaw and pressing down near one of the injuries. “Does this hurt any more than it should? Just want to see what I’m dealing with.”

Raven held in her whimper and flinched away. "Yeah, I got into fights before I met you guys." She confessed as she sighed. She relaxed again for the male to continue.

Beta, trailed the others silently, as she'd done since she'd first laid eyes on them. With her short amount of time, she'd picked up that most seemed easy going and upbeat, something she'd honestly call a breath of fresh air as she'd seem countless fights break out during her time on the streets.

He nods, removing his paw from her flank before turning and jogging off to find something to help. He knew what he was looking for, just not necessarily where to find it in this area. He shakes his figure, a small “cloud” of dust flung away from his thick coat of fur due to the movement.

Raven saw the others coming so she stayed where she was. She didn't know how they would react so she just stayed silent. She sighed and just waited for the male to come back.

After a few moments of searching, Kajetan releases a frustrated huff upon failing to find the relaxant he was looking for. Not wanting to go any further, in fear of getting lost or running into unwanted guests, he turns and heads back to Raven. “Couldn’t find it,” he barks, “might find a good substitute later on. But for now I suggest we get you inside, instead of laying in the dirt.”

"You still want to help me after all this?" Raven asked. She was getting more interested with this group as minutes passed. She was truly confused on why they would help her after they got hurt because of her and they barely knew her at all.

“Well why not?” He steps closer, lowering his head and nudging at her side to get her standing. “We’re all just trying to stay alive without our humans, or packs. Might as well help each other, make sure we all make it.”

Raven forced herself to stand up. She lost her balance but she regain it fast. "Alright, I will go inside once we all eat." Raven said as she stood there.

He nods, moving to press carefully against her injured side in case she loses her balance again. “You wanna get closer? So you don’t have to move as far when everyone else gets their tails over here.” He angles an ear toward the building as he speaks, listening for any other approaching pawsteps.

Raven smiled and replied, "It fine, I just got up too fast." Raven shook her head a little and walked closer to the elk. She stood still and waited for the others out of habit.
