''Packs" She repeated. Alika nodded, coming in slowly. "This is nice." the dame said, a hint of bluff coming from that statement. "But ive seen better" she added. There was a brief splash, the female made a little squeak. What is that? Alika trotted to the noise, which led her outside to a small man made pond, which was made out of marble. "Fishies!" she squeaked "Hello there" she said softly so the others couldn't here.
The Shiba Inu got up and padded back inside to find a little jar. With years of training, she carefully picked up the jar and made her way back outside. Putting down in the water, Alika let some water flow in before putting her paw in the semi-green water, in attempts to lead the fish in the jar. She cringed at the feeling of water soaking her pelt, especially when it wasn't the color water should be
"There you go" said the light whitish-orange dog. A tiny fish was in the jar. "Im going to name you Lemon"

Kito stifled out a chuckle and glanced at some stairs, "Oh look, there's more floors." He nodded his head over the stairs before prowling over and gliding his paws across them eventually reaching the second floor. "Hmm..what could be up here.." He travelled over to an open room and instantly gasped as he saw a black grand piano that was full of dust.
His eyes travelled over to a few other instruments and old music stands that had obviously been there for quite some time. Without hesitation he padded over to the large piano and placed a paw on one of the keys, emitting a low note. He could understand basic pitch as his father had been a piano playing dog. He placed another paw on a high key to create a chord which had made a grin creep upon his face. "Well, one of my favorite things is actually here.."

Yukiko looked back at Alika when she heard her squeak and wondered what was wrong but upon seeing the fish. Honestly, she thought something else happened. Shaking her head, she then followed Kino and jumped when a noise pierced the kind of silent room. "What are you doing?" She asked Kino upon seeing him pawing at the keys of a piano. "Should you really be doing that when there could be something here?" Yup, she was definitely becoming paranoid.

"I barked, and nothing responded. I'm quite sure it's fine." He removed his paws from the piano keys, glancing at Yukiko. Kito wasn't one to be completely afraid, "Besides, if there is something here it probably can't hear very well." He was quite confident they were fine in this building. Perhaps it wasn't completely safe, but it was safe enough for his liking at this point in time.

Yuki sighed, "Sorry, I'm just a little paranoid." she apologized. "With the humans gone, this place doesn't seem safe to me anymore." She didn't entirely like the idea of making sounds that could alert other animals but if this place was safe for the time being she would have to deal with it. Yuki wasn't known to be scared but she was known to be a little shy around strangers but once she warms up to them, she's quite outgoing, unless it's an enemy than they should watch out.

Odette padded across the loose asphalt road humming an old tune stuck in her head, suddenly her floppy ears lift as the speckled dame turned her mismatch gaze and head toward the not far off sound of other dog. Odette upped her pace to get closer 'Comin' from inside huh?' She thought to herself bushy tail wagging. It had been a while since she'd run into anyone, let alone friendly, maybe this noisy lot would be. On a whim Odette let out a rather loud bark "Hellooo!?"

Yuki jumped at the sound of the loud bark. Someone was in the area, maybe another dog. "You said it was safe Kino." She accused with a low growl, and without looking back at the male, she ran down the stairs weaving around the furniture. 'Hopefully this new dog isn't troublesome' Yuki thought.

Odette could hear someone coming, which only made her thick tassel wag more. Floppy audits perked as much as she could due to all the fur round them Odette stood waiting for something, anything to happen. ‘Someone had to have ‘ear her bark, I’m not a loon I ‘eard somethin’ over here.’ Odette’s thoughts were in her slight Irish accent that she tried to hide when speaking to others.

Exiting the building, Yuki came face to face with an Aussie. She jumped back not expecting the close proximity and pinned her ears back. "Who are you?" She asked, nervous but excited that there was another dog in this city.

Odette didn’t flinch when the dame in front of her came so close, she simply blinked her mismatch optics before bursting into conversation “Oh my gosh finally another one! I’m Odette by the way.” Her tassel wagged almost violently as the speckled Aussie was happy to speak to another.

Yuki was starting to wonder were almost all of the dogs she'll meet be this enthusiastic or is it just Alika and this Aussie? "I'm glad to know there's more of us out in this world and it's nice to meet you, Odette. I'm Yukiko," Yuki felt her tail beginning to wag. "Why don't you come and meet my friends. They'll want to know there's someone else in this city." She turned to go back into the building and gestured for the Aussie to follow her with a flick of her slightly curly tail.

Odette nodded confidently “Indeed, ‘tis a pleasure Yukiko. Oh there’s more of ya?” The speckled dame followed her new acquaintance into the building looking around, her mismatch orbs had a bright look in them. Odette sniffed the air causing her to wrinkle her nose, pungent was what came to mind about the scent of the old place, but then the scent of other drew her attention.

Yuki nodded. "Yes, there are two others. Alkia who seems fascinated by a fish at the moment and Kino who was the one who brought you to this place." She glanced to where Alkia had run off to then to the staircase where she had just come from. "They're around here somewhere."

Beta trailed down the desolate roads, head low and eyes narrowed. The female, after rounding a corner, lifted her head stiffly towards the sky. Beta's eyes narrowed, nose twitching as the faint scent of dog moved through the breeze. Seemed some were still in the air, which honestly wasn't too big of a surprise. With a mundane expression, the dame flicked her audits forward, catching a few words which drifted through the air. Seems these other dogs were close. Beta shifted her gaze down, thinking, before continuing down the street towards the others. May as well take a look. She didn't have anything else to do for the time being.

Alikas ears perked at the new stranger. She carefully picked up the jar by the handle and bounded over to her new friends side, Yuki. "Hello!" Alika barked gently. "You must be new. I've never seen you around here?" the dame continued, putting the jar down. "This is Lemon, and I am Alika. It's nice to meet you"

Odette smiled “Tis a pleasure Alika,” she paused to bend down at the fish eyes glistening with wonder ‘Never seen one this small’ she thought before continuing aloud “And you too Lemon.” Odette eyed the unlikely pair still smiling ‘so cuute!’ She thought tassel swaying. Odette’s mismatched orbs glanced around the building “Interesting choice of venue ya got ‘ere.” She mentally cured herself for allowing the accent to slip out.

Beta shifted on her paws, lowering her body as she slunk sideways down an alleyway lined with vines as she crept around a few buildings to get a clear look at the other dogs. Once she reached the end of the alley, Beta pressed up against the wall to stay concealed in the shadows. Carefully, she dipped her head around the corner, just spotting the group. They seemed mixed, and most likely not correlated. Beta simply watched from the shadows, observing with narrowed eyes. Maybe keeping and eye on them would benefit her,

Kito remained in the building, deciding to explore every inch of it and determine if it would work as a shelter from the cold outsides of the decayed city. His audits occasionally flicked as he travelled up to yet another floor, seeing some mattresses which were torn and looked like they were randomly thrown in the room before being left there. He jumped on one to test its comfort, and to his surprise it was decent for such an old mattress.
His gaze turned to an odd noise, his visionaries landing on what appeared to be a human sitting in a corner curled up and groaning. Kito tilted his head and snarled in defense as he approached it. He poked and prodded at it with a paw which just seemed to aggravate it even more. It flailed its hands at Kito and glared at him, groaning out nonsense. He snapped at it as a warning to back off and waited for what would happen next.

Beta watched, steely purple eyes focusing in on the one dog sniffing the human. "Tsk-" She growled something underneath. She would have headed off, but this group seemed amusing to say the least. So, she stayed, hidden in the shadows from a short distance away.

As the human whacked at him, attempting to grab him he snarled and tackled it. His jaws clamped down onto the humans neck as it was already quite weak. Kito tasted blood on his tongue as it drew from the humans neck, he clawed at it before walking out with a snarl.
