Rei looked at Umi. "You never heard of Christmas?" She asked. "I shouldn't be surprised. Christmas from what I know is a human holiday that involves the humans to give gifts to those they care about. I'm not sire about all the details."

Umi gasped suddenly “Wait, does it involve those glowing colorful lights in the winter, Ive seen them when I was younger traveling.” Her tassel swayed.

Rei nodded. "Yes it does." She answered, amused. "They're really pretty." Rei looked around noticing that there were some pack members missing. "Guys come on. You gotta meet the newest members of the pack."

Vix walked but she still saw nothing. Something did catch her eye but then it disappeared. 'Must be nothing' she thought and continued to try to find food.

Droplet turned his head from Yakone, not waiting for a response. The male went on all fours, padding towards the females; his eyes fixed on Reika. "Ahem." he cleared his throat to share his presence. "Reika, I know that you know I don't have any experience in birthing, but that looked painful, no doubt. Do you need anything?"
(Keeva you needed something to do soo..)
"Keeva." Droplet shifted his gaze to the smaller female, "If you don't mind, please get Reika some moss, dip it in the lake over there."

Yakone looks up at his Alpha's words, seeming to frown at his finishing statement. "Allow Reika and her new litter some rest," he advises, turning away from Anik - who was taking the time to rest after everything that'd happened. "I can watch things here, while you search for food with a small patrol if need be. We trust you, Droplet; we'll do what you ask of us."

Reika looked at Droplet and shook her head. ""I'm really okay just tired and a little hungry." She said. Looking around and then eyeing the rabbit next to her having almost forgotten about it, Reika took a few bites of it then left it in case someone else was hungry.

Vixen soon caught three more rabbits and then decided to return back to the pack. Vix padded into the den and gave a rabbit to her pups. She left the other two rabbits near the others. "That's all I can find for now." Vix said as she laid down next to her pups to rest. "I will go out later to hunt more if I can find more." Vix finished.

"You did your best, Vix." Reika commented, moving her partially eaten rabbit over to Vix. "At least eat something, you can have this I'm not very hungry." She shifted her position to where she was laying in a crescent shape around her pups.

Laying a bit away from the others, her ears flicked hearing her name. Lifting her head towards where the alpha and other females were she tilted her head before shrugging. "Sure... I guess, I'll be back -" Cutting herself off as she suddenly gave out a few sneezes, the first couple a tad bit strong. Shaking her head a bit and coat as she pulled herself up she turned her eyes back to them. "Excuse me, I'll be back in a bit." Turning about she began to slowly head towards the thick woods in search of the requested item.

Hearing the sneezes, Reika grew concerned for the smaller female and went to stand but soon realized how futile it was when her legs felt sore and tired and got comfortable again. "I'm beginning to grow concerned over Keeva's health." She said.

Umi tilted her head “A cold in this weather?” She didn’t like the sound of that. Umi sat upright no longer using the wall as back support.

"It would seem like it. I wonder why I haven't noticed at first especially with my sharp eyes for detecting these things." Reika said. "This weather is taking a toll on anyone." She glanced to where Keeva had walked off to.

"She hasn't eaten much so that could be one of the causes." Vix said as she opened her eyes to look at the others. She looked out the den then at her pups who were sleeping cuddling each other.

Droplet nodded, ignoring what the dames were saying. All he had picked up out of their conversation was Keeva's health. "What about it?" he mused and his tassel swayed lightly. "I'm afraid there is nothing I can do - herbs, maybe. However," The brute cleared his throat before continuing "There isn't much cover, hence there are bound to be sick wolves. The best this we could do as a pack is pray that she builds and immunity to it .. or keep each other warm. "

Reika sighed, nodding regretful at male's words. She wanted to help and given her kind nature, unless angered, she felt powerless to do anything. "I hope her condition doesn't get worse." She said placing her head on one of her paws.

Vix sighed in agreement. "Well, I'm gonna continue to go hunt since I'm sure the pack will be getting hungry soon." Vix said as she sat up carefully not to wake her pups.

After taking a bit of time to find the moss that was requested the small figured dam was at the lake, dipping each piece in the practically freezing waters before grabbing them and heading back. Snow gathering on her back and such she did stop here and there to shake it off. "Why can't it just get a bit warmer already?" Speaking to herself as a tired sigh was released she slowed her pace down a bit, now at a steady walk. Of course with such cold weather her wellness we rather...not so well. It was already hard enough to breathe at times with a stuffy nose, but she didn't really want to bother anyone with it. "Hmm its best if I keep this to myself, might as well try to rest when I get there."
Soon enough she was just nearing the others. Walking to the den but stopping right at the entrance and setting down the moss. "Here, sorry it took so long." Noting really wanting to go inside she gently pushes it over close enough before back away. Just being near newly born pups could be them at risk.

Reika nodded her thanks to Keeva, bid Vix good luck on her hunting. Reika stood up and moved the wet moss closer to her "nest" then walked over to Yakone. "Hey, Yakone seems so far you were right. Even though its only been a few hours, I'm loving every second of it." She said to him. "For that, I thank you for the advice and support."
