Reika silently agreed with Vix. She hoped Anik could find Keeva. Hearing pawsteps approaching, she lifted her head seeing Anik and wagged her tail, her pup finally moving off her tail. "Hello there, did you find Keeva?" She asked, standing up.

“I did,” he confirms, nodding and moving to sit next to her. “She was off hiding in the bushes somewhere. She’s asleep right now.”

Reika sighs, relieved and lays back down. "I'm glad." She said. "Did she take the herbs?"

“No.” He shakes his head, tail curling over his paws. “She was stubborn at first, then fell asleep before she could. I left them with her for when she wakes up.”

Reika nods, a little bit upset. "At least she's mostly okay." She said. "Who knows what could be out there that would prey on any of us, especially someone as sick as her." She moved closer to Anik, seeking both extra warmth and comfort and nuzzled his shoulder.

Vix watched the two and smiled then she looked at her pups. "Well, I will go and hunt some more for Keev and the others to eat." Vix said as she moved her pups away from the entrance so they wouldn't get cold. Vix exited the den and headed off.

He nods, dipping his head so he can nuzzle her cheek, an attempt to calm her some. His tail thumps lazily against the ground, ears twitching in search of any alarming noises, or things he may need to respond to.

(I'm going to fracture Droplet's paw and make him deny everyone's help. :> Mainly because he's hungry and doesn't give a single fuck.)
Droplet had been away from most part of the argument, had he interfered things would've gotten worse. The large masculine dozed off, deep in his own thoughts. That was cut short due to a familiar scent. Was that- Food? Droplet pushed to his paws, trotting to the mouth of the den.
There is was. An injured doe - possibly able to feed majority of the pack. The male hissed to silence everyone. His tassel flicked towards the doe on the frozen lake. "Surround her." he whispered with a semi-hoarse tone. "Don't stand too close to one another, the ice could break."

Anik sighs, pushing himself to his paws at the sound of Droplet’s voice. “You stay with your pups, I’ll be back,” he murmurs, casting a brief glance down at Reika before he turns and heads out, stalking closer to the doe.

Reika nodded, curling up a little tighter around her pups, becoming a bit worried. "Guys be careful." She whisper/called out to the males and any others who will be hunting.

Vixen came back with a rabbit and placed it by Keev for her to eat. Vixen heard Droplet so she crawled behind the injured doe. She was careful enough not to let the doe catch her scent. Vixen waited for Droplet's order.

Anik veers away from Vixen to spread out some, his lips peeling back in a snarl and tail lashing as he awaits an order. His frame is lowered to the ice, claws digging into the frigid surface so he doesn’t slip.

Umi had been silent and off standish through this morning. However, this groggy feeling vanished at Droplet’s mention of this doe deer. Umi moved to separate herself from the others to future spread their circle, underbelly touching the cold ice Umi winced slightly before retaining her focus of the doe, she awaited Droplet to give the go ahead sign. The golden dame felt extra wary about them hunting on this ice, her claws barely scraping the slippery surface to keep a grip.

Slowly opening her eyes and taking in the slight warmth of the sun a small yawn slips through her jaws. Moving her head along the snow as her emerald gaze glanced at the few plants left by her and a hare. She breathed a huff at the herbs, not really wanting to take those still. She didn't like the taste of them anyways. But the hare was something she wanted. Picking up her head and grabbing it, it didn't take much longer for to rip into it's flesh and begin to eat. Though with such a small meal her feast didn't last long, at least it was something.

Droplet padded south of the doe. He peered keenly at his packmates before flicking his tail. "Now!" the brute yowled. His pillars moved quickly, claws scraping helplessly against the thick ice. As the wolves closed in, gentle crackling could be heard. Nothing too serious - yet.

Anik lunges forward on order, his jaws stretching open before clamping down on the doe’s neck. His claws scrape at the ice as he fights for a grip, his tail wagging in excitement. Voice muffled by the skin between his jaws, he calls out to the others, “how much fight do ‘ya think she’s got in her?”

Droplet thrusted silently at the doe's flank, his large ivories slinking into her flesh. "Not much" the brute said lashing his head back and forth wildly to throw off the doe's balance. The ice made even more crackling noises - much louder this time. Blood stained the males maw as he tightened his grip.

A whine rips from the younger as he hears the cracking, his jaws pinning back against his skull. However, he doesn’t pull away, not until there’s danger or he gets an order. “Then let’s hope she does quickly.”

Droplet's audits flattened as he heard the cracking ice gradually getting louder. "FALL BACK!" He calls out, releasing the deer. "Herd her to flat lands!" The golden and black alpha yowled, his golden orbs were wide with fear and anxiousness. "MOVE MOVE MOVE!"

Anik releases her throat in an instant, jerking to the side before snapping quickly at her heels to get her to veer to the side. He wasn’t fond of failing a hunt, especially with the current stakes, and didn’t plan to do so. He rams his weight against the doe, an attempt to throw her toward the snowbanks near the lake, though still keeping himself in a safe position.
