*This thread is about a journey for Keeva to take, going out to spy/scout out other lands and possible packs and to report back sometime within the current month. The journey will help prove herself within the pack as well as perhaps rise within the ranks. There will be hard trails she must face and to test her abilities, and if accompanied, to help her express more about herself. Learning what she can do and even more about the land itself. How will this trial for our small dam turn out?* (Anyone may join the journey)
Returning back from a short walk on one of the trails in the territory, the young light pelted dame was now lowering herself down to relax. Stretching out her legs she soon rolled to her side. Emerald eyes looking about at the den and ears flicking to what some of the others were talking about. Thinking of her walk, within the past few days Keeva had been putting every trail she walked on in her memory. One leading to the common hunting grounds and even one that lead to a lake. Each trail proved to be of some use to her. She had even starting watching out for possible loners and/or if herds were leaving the areas.

Vix looked up from where she was laying as for her pups were with Yakone. She looked at Keev coming back from her walk. She stood up and walked over to Keev. "Find anything interesting?" Vix said smiling as she sat down near keev.

"Hmm? Oh, no not really. Just spotted deer and a small herd of elk in the fields grazing is all. And maybe a few foxes here and there but nothing super interesting. I might head out again later within the night." She said as her gaze turned to the dam next to her. Picking herself up to sit nice and straight. "I'm trying to put each path to my memory for use whenever I'm given a task. "

"There is a lot of pretty sights at night especially in the fields and mind if I join you?" Vix asked looking at Keev.

"Oh no not at all, I don't mind. I usually go alone since most of the others are out or busy near the den. It'll be nice to have someone join me this time." Speaking in a gentle tone she gave the dam a smile before flicking an ear towards the other members.

"Yeah, I had to watch over my pups so I couldn't go out as much but now they are use to the densite and everyone too, I can" Vix said smiling. "Plus being stuck at the densite gets kind of boring too." Vix finished.

"I suppose it does at some point. But I guess a mother's job is never easy, though I don't much much about raising pups or motherhood. Perhaps when they are older you'll have more time to get out."

Chuckling softly she looked around to see just where Vixen's pups were. "I suppose you're right about that." She said in a soft tone before pulling herself up to her paws and shook out her light colored coat. Keeva had thought about just what to do now. Maybe she'll head to the lake for a quick drink or go out and catch a quick meal in the pack hadn't hunted yet.

Droplet yawned, pushing to his paws. A new day, perhaps new choices await. The large Alpha male stuck his nose out of his den, then followed his body. "Well, isn't it nice to see wolves up and about in such an early morning." Droplet chuckled, exaggerating the last part because it was probably about 12AM.

"I think I'll stay here a bit and relax my paws before heading out again. But thank you Vixen for the offer." Speaking with a soft tone and a smile on her maw she watched the larger dam exit into the woods. She thought about getting a bit more rest before nigh fall. Considering that she planned on being out for a good majority of the night.

Pulling herself up to her paws she shook out her light colored pelt before turning her gaze else where. Looking around to see what all the other members were doing and whatnot. Soon enough she decided to find her a little spot to lay down for a few hours, though her eyes soon spot one of the larger males. "Good morning sir, I take it you slept..somewhat well?" She asked as her head tilts. By the looks of it, he still seemed a bit tired.

Droplet pushed to his paws, shaking his pelt free of any dirt. He shifted his gaze to the smaller female. "Well, good morning to you as well." The large brute greeted, offering a warm smile. "I could've slept better" he added, chuckling at the word 'sir'. "No need to call me that, Keeva. I appreciate it though." -- "whats up?"

"Oh well nothing really. I had just came back from the trails not long ago and was hoping to rest my paws before going out once more. I want to do my best with my rank, so I thought learning all the trails and everything would help me in learning more about the territory." She spoke in a soft tone, lowering her backs legs to sit.

"Responsible." he muse, offering a warm smile "Don't go too hardcore, no wolf stays the same rank forever." - "Although, I do appreciate you going out of your way to learn your way around. How is everything going with that?" The brute yawned once more, resting his head on top of his paws.

"Hm well even if I were to move up I think what I currently am now suites me better. To be honest I don't really see myself filling some other position." Slightly shrugging her shoulders she turned her away for a moment before looking back to the male. "Things are ok I guess, there's nothing really exciting right now really. I mainly do the runs by self so I guess it was a bit boring at first but now I've gotten used to it."

"Hm." Droplet said thoughtfully. "Mind if I go with you on a boarder patrol?" he mused gently, sitting down once more. "I think you'll find it more exciting if you were assigned something else, but its all personal preference I guess." The brute chuckled, grooming his back.

"You can if you really want to, though I can't promise it'll be any fun." Speaking softly she rose back up to her small mitts and gave her somewhat thick coat a shake. "I'll be going around dusk so just let me know whenever you're ready. I'm just going to get a bit of rest." Giving a slight nod and began to walk over towards a tree, soon lowering her frame and laying against the base.
