Reika looked at Keeva sympathetic. "Ah, I'm sorry about that." She said then began to smooth out her coat with her tongue. "I won't force you to get in the water, that's your choice." She was about to comment more but a scent filled her nose and her heart stopped for a second. This caused her to freeze in her actions.

"Is something the matter Reika? You seem as though you saw a ghost of some sort." Tilting her head slightly as she rose to her paws. Shaking out her short creamy color coat and looking at the older dam with a somewhat worried look. Just what happened now? Did she sense danger or perhaps heard someone in trouble?

"Someone's hurt," Reika said, standing up and growling low. Sniffing the air again, she snarls when the scent of bear enter her nose. "We need to get back to the densite, seems a bear paid the others a visit, probably from our hunt earlier." Not waiting for the others responses, she tore off back to the densite like something was chasing her.

Vix looked at Keev. "Damn, you and Umi go to the den with Rei, I will see if the bear left our territory completely since we wouldn't want it near our den." Vix said trying to keep herself calm. She rushed to where the hunt was earlier to see if she can pick up it's scent and follow it. Vix picked up her pace not even caring if she would reached her limit faster.

"What? Vixen wait! You shouldn't go alone!" Flattening her ears more Keeva merely whimpered under her breath before following the female. With her size long distance runs wasn't a problem for her, and to top is off she was pretty quick on her paws as well. "Vixen!" Calling out her name as she stayed in a sprint, her eyes looked around quickly, making sure that she didn't run into anything dangerous herself.
If there was a bear around the area then she also needed to find herself a meal later on. That is if the creature didn't devour all of what was left, if so then a hare would have to do.

Seth saw 2 of his pack members sprinting across the land towards them. ‘Pokers hurt’ he said shouting. The male looked around once more making sure the bear had gone which it had also knowing that it wouldn’t bother them for a long time coming.

Skidding to a halt, Reika trotted the rest of the way over to Seth and Poker. "How bad is she hurt?" She asked, and began to examine Poker's wounds. "Are there any broken bones or anything else?" Reika helped Poker to her paws, being careful not to touch the worst of her injuries and guided her towards her den.

‘Nothing broken, but she needs to be taken care of, I told her .... I told her to fall back ... ‘ he rambled on unable to shake the feeling of uneasiness. He shook his head to throw himself off of the ramble. ‘The bears gone for good I have made sure... after what we went threw it won’t come back.... it won’t for while at least.’

Vix ignored Keev yelling her name as she ran. Vix picked up the bear's scent and continued to run, following the scent. 'If the hunt attracted a bear it can also attract other threats' Vix thought to herself as she ran. Vix soon slowed down since she was almost at her limit. 'Well I might be out of practice a little.' Vix thought as she started to walk following the scent.

Poker let a snarl ripple through her jaws. “I don’t need help” she quickly snapped. She side stepped before falling to a sitting position. Her ears laid flat as she tried to stand again.

Reika didn't even flinch at Poker's snarl or her harsh reply. She just stared at the other, indifferent. "I'll help even if you don't need it. Something like this isn't something to just walk off so easily."

“I never said it was. I’m not completely mindless when it comes to caring for myself” Poker then mumbled “I won the healthiest wolf in my pack months and months over in my pup days. And I even helped that snobby pup when she broke her leg” She quickly shook her head annoyed. “Hmpt all the pups were nothing to me when it came to medics..aside from Aiz” poker held a growl remembering things from her puphood. Her tail lashed oddly as she looked up to the others.

Finally able to catch up to the older fae Keeva slowed her pace as well, coming up along her side she stayed at the same pace. "Vixen you really shouldn't be out here all by yourself like this. If that bear were to come back what would you do then? You can't risk getting hurt especially when having pups to care for. You should go back and let me check to see if it's gone." Holding a concerned tone her eyes narrow a bit at the dam. Running towards danger surely wasn't smart, and with a family to care for it made no sense to her why she had ran all the way out here.

Reika remained impassive. "I never said you were mindless to caring for yourself." She said remaining calm. "If you're alright then, I'll just be on my way to find Keeva and Vixen." Reika turned to leave but before she ran off, she stopped by Seth and whispered only for him to hear. "Watch her. Not even the strongest wolves can come out of a bear fight unscathed. If you need me, just howl, I won't be far. " With that said, she took off running in the direction the scent of the bear went, knowing the two would make sure that the bear was out of the territory.

Vix looked at Keev as she walked aside her. Vix smiled knowing why Keev was confused. "I may have pups to care for, Keev but I was taught to put the Alpha first before anything else then after I came here, I learned to put the pack first so I can see why you are confused. Plus I use to chase of bears by myself before." Vix said remembering how she was ordered to chase a bear off by herself. Vix saw Keev's concern so she sighed lightly. "You can tag along if you want." Vix finished as she kept following the scent.

Poker laid down once she left. “Dear god I can’t feel anything” the female groaned as she rolled onto her back. Her ears flattened as she huffed and looked to the sky. Poker began to roll around on her back happily. Letting her tail wag with its new bend her whole body shifted around winding and twisting. She kicked her paws up repeatedly.

The brute allowed the others to converse. Staying quiet. He nodded to reika and stayed by poker. ‘Anything I can do to help?’ he asked not wanting to push the female too much.

She stopped moving about and sat up. “Eh...don’t think so” she looked over her body. “Cracked rib...broken tail...lots of fucking bruises and some wounds” she said looking back up to Seth. “I’ll live” she chuckled with a cough

'Okay then, lets go home.' he looked down to the earth beneath his paws on which he stood. He sat beside her to then look up at the female and waited for her to take the lead, continuing home.

Poker wearily stood almost falling. She growled softly as she widened her stance. Her ears flattened as she attempted stepping towards. Her paws slid out having her fall. A low yelp escaped her as she hit her bruises on the ground
