Beta huffed sharply, ears flicking to the side, "No need to be so cautious." Beta warned, turning to Timber and offering a sympathetic gaze, before shaking her pelt and carrying on, tail swaying to and fro behind her gentley.

Rave followed kajetan and sighed. He had the right to be cautious after what happened. Kajetan was right about the dog just showing up as well but so did she at first, he just needed time.

“Until I know that for sure,I’ll be cautious.” Kaj grumbles, before silencing and snapping his head to the left at the sound of rushed footsteps. He creeps forward at first to see if he can figure out what it is, before instantly sprinting after it when he sees that it’s something that can be eaten. It was small; a rodent, likely only going to feed one of them, but it was something. He snatches the small creature up in his jaws, crushing it between his canines before padding back. “Not much, but it’s a start.”

Beta growled at the slight attitude but let it go with an uneasy huff, lips twitching slightly as she followed along, tail stilling.

(Pretend I came along aha) Alika backed up a bit, looking at the new dog. Or was it a dog? "Thats rude." The dame muttered to herself. She took a deep breath, peering at Kajetan. "Hello" she whispered, careful not to scare any live food close in proximity. Lika' padded up to Timber, offering a warm smile "I am Alika. Sorry I was late to introduce myself. Whats your name?"

Within a few minutes, Ronja was practically trailing behind a small group of canines it seemed. Sticking to stay further behind as she tried to remain undetected. The plan was to not steal but to wait until she could approach and scavenge off of them, that is if this group was successful im finding anything. Hopefully the do, she was getting tired of roaming through barren houses and eating whatever food that hasn't gone bad. Some of the things where foods that she really wasn't suppose to eat, but food was food.

"In all honesty, I think Kaj and Beta are right." Yuki spoke up speeding up her walking only just. "There's a time to be cautious. I'll admit, I was cautious of everyone but I gave you a chance." Yuki glanced at Beta then back to looking forward.

“Oh” he was taken by surprise that one of them was going to talk to him. He was half expecting to be ignored till they tried to kill him or ditched him somewhere. “I’m Timber” he couldn’t help but give a soft grin.

Odette sighed at Kaj catching the vermin, yes it was a start at least. The Aussie then turned her head seeing tension s fall a bit as others offer the one who called himself Timber a greeting. Not to be one of the shy types Oddy slowed her pace backing towards Alika and Timber. “Can’t make someone feel welcome if ya don’t say allo can I? Name’s Odette.” The speckled dame offered her own hello to the newcomer.

Kajetan sets the rodent down upon returning to the small hunting party, letting out a throaty subvocal growl as he calls out to Alika. “Alika,” he barks, tail lashing, “come here, please.”

Timber looked to the other dog and opened his jaws to speak but instantly looked down to the side closing his mouth. A whine trickled from him as he knew the other male despised him. Could theses dogs talking to him get in trouble? He just put innocent others possibly in harms way. Timber definitely wouldn’t put it past the other male to threaten them. Timber wanted to help but couldn’t jump to conclusions or try to fix something he had nothing to do with or that might not even have a problem.

Raven decided to go ahead more and she saw the herd. "Found the herd guys." Raven said as she sat down and waited for the others. She watched the herd carefully, she saw one a little ways from the herd.

"Oh, I have to go. Bye-Bye Timber" Alika chuckled softly before trotting next to Kaj. "Sorry" she said looking up to the large brute, a guilty expression on her face. The dame smiled once more trying to make things right, she rubbed herself against Kajetan. "Is there something wrong? He seems nice, scary though."

“Seeming nice and being nice are two very different things, pup.” He murmurs, lowering his crania to nuzzle her cheek affectionately, an assurance that she wasn’t in any trouble. “Think you can carry this for me?” He asks, pawing at the rodent to indicate what he meant, “I’ve got to help Raven with that herd.”

Odette saw Timber ‘s hesitance towards greeting her back, she knew it had to do with Laj due to the earlier slight confrontation. “Come now Timber, don’t worry about Kaj. He may be a bit intimidatin’ but he just means to keep everyone safe is all.” The Aussie chuckled smiling trying to warm up the brute “C’mon then, they found a her for us.” Odette looked for Timber to follow hopeful.

Alika let out a soft whine but complied. "Be safe please?" she echoed, a small frown on her face. She hated when Kajetan left her, even if it was for a few minutes. What if something happened? "Okay!" the dame peeped, picking up the rodent, careful not to stain her fur.

Timber nodded gently trying to agree. He followed her hoping the other male wouldn’t be too upset. He tried to ignore him and focus on being a team player for the moment.

“Good pup,” he muses, licking her cheek before turning and heading to Raven. “I’ll be safe,” he promises as he goes, before lowering into a crouch as he reaches the female’s side. “Which one are we going for?”

Raven's ear flicked as se heard kajetan's question. "The one not really far from the herd but it's far enough for us to separate it completely from the rest of the herd." Raven answered and she headed towards it. She stopped and waited for the rest.
