Raven sped up a little and jumped biting hard on its side back turning to slow it down or at least have it some bucking. it was slowing down but not as Raven hoped but it was better then nothing. She remembered a trick Raion taught her and she wondered if it would work here.

Timber placed his front paws on the elks hind quarters as he shoved himself up with his back legs. He tore his jaws from their former place within the elks lower thigh and replaced them near its hip. He twisted his head about searching for a bone. As he lower jaw found its hip he crushed down around it using it as a handle. His paws all dug into the ground as he pulled his body to the ground. Slowly the right side of the elk was being driven into the ground and the elk was being forced to turn right constantly in a large circle.

Kajetan darts forward when the two had gotten the animal close enough, a sharp snarl ripping from the male as his jaws lock around the jugular. His canines pierce the skin where he grips, though he doesn’t yet bite down hard enough to do anything fatal, instead weaken it so the others can do some more damage.

Raven decided to do a gamble and do the trick Raion taught her. She let go of the deer's side and then she jumped up this time aiming at its shoulder. She bit down hard causing the prey to drop down. It still tried to kick and get away from the dogs' grips.

Timber shook his head till his teeth were freed. He licked the blood and flesh from his face while looking to his nose. He balanced himself out looking over the groups kill.

Odette let go of her side of the elk as lay limp from their efforts in taking the prey down. She licked her chops as she awaited the others to join.

Raven let go of the deer. "You guys can eat first, I will go and get Alika to join us." Raven said as she walked back to where Alika was. She looked at Alika who was still holding onto the small prey Kaj killed. "Alika, come and eat with us." Raven said as she smiled.

Beta had joined in on the hunt, but for short time. Once into her first bite, the elk had managed to kick out sideways and hook her cheek, causing her to cringe back in pain. Beta let out a low growl, but by the time she'd gained her bearings, the elk was already toppling to the ground. The dame huffed, furrowing slightly. "Yeah... You eat first. I didn't help much so I'll just wait." Beta mumbled dryly.

Timber stepped back. He may have helped but he was merely tagging along with a pack he was well aware he wasn’t welcome in. At least not by the other male who could and if Timber had to guess would consume his soul if he made eye contact with him.

Kajetan steps back, lying down silently with his head resting atop his paws. He nods his head toward the carcass, once again motioning for the females to go ahead and eat before he takes his share.

Odette shrugged as she began to eat some of the kill to her filling, but of course not all as the others needed to enjoy the elk.

Timber took a glance to the other male. Only for a moment not wanting to start anything. Maybe he wasn’t all that bad..?

Watching the group from only a few meters away, Ronja was growing tired of waiting. Her stomach growled and she couldn't stop licking her lips hungrily. She just wanted a meal, but for her own safety she needed to stay hidden a bit longer. Shaking her head as her ears flopped about she did in fact hit one of the tin garbage cans she was by and instantly froze in place behind them. Her heart racing a bit as she waited for whatever was to come now.

Timber turned around with a low growl slipping. His ears perked and his tail raised. He didn’t bare his teeth or growl anymore. His nose was held to the ground as he sniffed wildly. Upon spotting the female he lifted his body. His head tilted to the side as he was waiting for a reaction.

Odette having finished her share of the kill looked to where Timber had his eyes focused also spotting the new dog “Well well, another new face..” the Aussie spoke aloud still sitting, but her attention trained on this new dame.

Having a few of the strangers within the group, the ridgeback had stayed where she was, moving her limbs ever so slowly back as her body tensed up. She was ready to bolt if it was needed, which probably it was. But just the smell of fresh food was what she was here for. Right now she was just waiting to see what their move was going to be, waiting to spot any sort of aggressive reactions and whatnot.

Timber stepped closer and sniffed her softly. “I’m not gonna hurt you. Everything will be okay as long as you don’t upset the others. As far as I know, It’s safe here” he tried to calm the female. He knew what it was like to come across a group of dogs and be turned on. Out numbered, out powered and cornered.

Hearing Oddy speak, Yuki looked up from her finished portion and her grooming session and up at Oddy and Timber. She then looked to where they were looking and growled slightly. Another stranger?

Alika smiled as the adults spoke, possibly about the food they successfully hunted. She ran - or attempted to go to Kaj, but instead the dame ran into Ronja. "oof" Alika let out a whine "I am so s-sorry" she whimpered gently "Wait
. DO I know you?"

At the mention of yet another newcomer, Kajetan grunts in frustration and rises to his paws. He moves to the others to investigate, his crania dropped to be level with his shoulders and tail flicking almost irritably. “Who is it now?”
