Umi chuckled at Droplet “I can bring you back some deer.” Her audits twitched hearing Vixen’s howl and Reika’s words as well. The golden dame stood and licked Droplet’s head between his audits, she made her way out then den noting to eat some of the doe herself before bringing it back. Umi briefly eyed Reika and her pups as well as the new addition ‘how cute!’ She thought to herself, before smiling and heading out into the cold.

Finally pulling herself up to her small pads the small framed dame gently shook off whatever snow was collected on her pelt. Emerald colored optics looking around before her eyes wandered to the forest up ahead. She felt as though she had enough strength to at least walk around now, so maybe just a simple walk could be fine. It wasn't like there was anything going on, well at least not concerning her. Everyone to her seemed to be minding their own so she'd do the same. Being a bit wobbly due to being down for so long it took a bit to get the proper footing. Soon enough she was nearing the treeline and off to wherever her paws will take her.

After watching Umi walk off out the corner of her eye, Reika curls up more around the bunch of pups. Yawning again, she places her head on her paws and slowly dozes off. Might as well catch a little shut eye while the others were gone.

Droplet hesitated at Umi's comment. The male let a sigh slip from his maw. "No, that's okay." He nodded before looked at the frozen lake. Even if he was in pain, he wasn't to show weakness. Droplet pushed to all fours, putting his fractured paw on the ground, mentally cringing at the pain.

Hearing Droplet moving, Reika opens one eye and looks at him. "Droplet lay down. I don't want to have that paw of yours not healing correctly." She said. "I'd rather not have that re-broken."

Droplet flicked his audit at the Iota's comment. He knew she was right, but he was hungry. The brute hated asking his packmates to do things for him. What were they? Slaves? The golden and black male lifted his back leg without a word, and continued to walk, holding a heavy limp.

Reika opened the other eye, then stood up. "Droplet come back, you'll hurt yourself more." She called to the golden and black male and following him. She lightly brushed up against his side to try and stop him and guide him back to the den.

Yakone and Anik pause upon reaching Vixen, Anik about a step or two behind the elder. “Nice work,” The ages lupine praises, padding closer and bumping his nose against her side in a quick affectionate, almost proud nuzzle.

Umi hadn’t gotten too far from the cave yet, and of course a she-wolf’s hearing was always exceptional. The golden dame turned her head after her audits twitched a look of determination on her face “Droplet.” She calles rather stern this time, Umi back tracked making a beeline towards her brute, getting rather close into his audits “If you would please remain in the cave, I’d be greatful for you to have a faster recovery rather than you damaging yourself further. And before you speak it is no problem for me at all to bring you some deer, I don’t feel like a servant at all.” Umi stood tall, for a dame shorter then Droplet, her chest puffed out slightly.
Umi just seemed to know what he was thinking. She backed away now in clear face view “Unless you doubt I can help you, which I know you don’t. You should also help yourself by resting that paw.” Her ice blue gaze serious yet soft wanting her love to rest for now. “Don’t even bother bickering with me either,” she joked “The longer I’m here the colder that deer carcass gets.” Umi gave Droplet a knowing smile.

Walking around aimlessly as her emerald eyes were just about half closed, a rather bored and tired look on her features, Keeva soon stopped in a fairly open space. Lowering herself down onto the cold snow covered land she then rolled to her side. Her eyes glancing over the sky above as steam slips through her jaws with each exhale.
Her sickly feeling never leaving her but now she pretty much just accepted it, laying around without any care for anything anymore. She didn't feel like eating much less go and hunt, and with the knowledge of a kill by the pack Keeva had very little interest to go to it and feast. Maybe later but who really knows. For now she just really focused on doing nothing, and letting the remaining of the day slip away.

"Thanks but if Anik didn't help wound it this badly, I would of never killed it." Vix said as she got up slowly and moved a little away from the kill and waited for the others to join them.

“We could drag it back to camp,” Anik suggests, stepping closer to sniff at the kill. “Alpha can’t come out for it, and Reika’s with the pups, so it’d be easier to take the food to them instead of carrying chunks that won’t fill them up.”

"True, Let's do that then." Vix said as she got up slowly and came over to Anik to get ready to drag it back to the pack. "It would bee easier to not let other creatures around scavenge it too." Vixx added as she looked around.

He nods, getting a secure grip and preparing to lift it. Yakone moves to help as well, getting a grip on the deer and waiting for the others to begin to lift.

Vix got a nice good grip of the kill then proceeded to lift her end of the kill. She looked at Anik and Yakone and waited for them to lead.

Droplet lashed his tail slightly at Umi's lecture. "Please."he nodded slowly, not wishing to argue with her. The golden and black brute walked back to the den, with a heavy limp. His head tucked between his legs as Anik spoke. “Alpha can’t come out for it," the younger was right, but he hated to admit it.

Reika sent Umi a grateful yet tired smile and nod then helped the golden and black male back inside. "Don't worry, you'll be back to your old self in no time." She said softly hoping to cheer him up.

Umi smiled back just as bright to Reika. She also nodded to Droplet grateful he listened. Umi headed towards the carcass to find Vixen, Yakone, and Anik doing their best to carry it to the cave “Mind if I lend a paw?” She asked eagerly wanting to help get the deer out of the snow as quickly as possible.

Vix nodded as she just wanted to get the kill to the pack. The faster the better. "That would be great, Umi." Vix said as best as she could though her mouth.

"Please," Yakone murmurs, adjusting his grip on the carcass to speak without muffling his voice as much. His tail flicks, Anik waiting not-so-patiently to get back to the den. "Let's speed this up," the dark-coated male grumbles, gaze flickering toward the den before back at the others.
