Kisa looked back at freya and moved her tail around. Blade and Lucy started to swat Kisa's tail. Vix grabbed a rabbit and started to eat. Kishi looked at Blade, Lucy then at the rest of the pups. "They have a lot of energy." Kishi said smiling. Snake and Dawn smiled at them. Ashton came over to Vix and started to flirt. "After ya are doing want to go on a walk?" Vix stopped and sighed.

"Here we go again, and yes they do," Reika said, exasperated while shaking her head. Kodi went over to play with the twins while Akira and Eyota were inspecting Lyall and Dawn with curiosity. She looked at her brother and his mate. "Hello, Dawn, long time no see." She said trying to ignore Ashton flirting with Vix.

"Yeah, how have the two of you been?" Dawn asked as she looked at Rei and smiled. Lyrall laid down smiling at the pups. Vix ignored Ashton's question as she watched her pups play. Kisa was smiling as she waved her tail around the three trying to catch it. Snake smiled at Kisa playing with them. Kishi glared slightly as Ashton but looked back at the others.

"Between my duties as lota and being a mother, I've had my paws full. We're all really trying to get back to our normal schedule you could say since the winter took it's toll on us." Reika answered, frowning slightly as memories of Yakone's passing then grabbed one of the rabbits and began to eat. Akira and Eyota lay down next to their uncle while the twins continued to wrestle and Kodi and Freya continue to chase after Kisa's tail.

Blade and Lucy went over to grab a rabbit and started to eat by Vix. Vix's ears flattened after hearing Rei's reply. "Oh, let's hope everything goes on well for you two." Dawn said as she smiled at the twins. Kishi nuzzled into Vix's side to comfort, seeing her ears flattened. Lyrall looked at Rei and then her pups. He know it was a long shot but he still had to ask. "Why don't you stay here with us then?" He asked looking at Rei hopefully. Snake watched Kisa playing with the two pups with her tail and smiled. Ashton frowned so he went over to Rei. "Yeah, stay here with us. For me." Ashton said in a flirty manner.

Reika smiled softly at her brother and sent a slight glare at Ashton. "I hope so too and Ly, I would love too but I can't. Gotta make sure the others stay out of trouble." She said, recalling a few times during the harsh winter she was really needed. "Besides, someone I like is back with the others." When she said this, she was glad for having fur as she had blushed a little.

Vix smiled as she heard Rei. She just kept her mouth shut. Lyrall nodded understandingly. Ashton sighed. "How about you V?" Ashton asked looking at her sadly. Kishi, Snake and Kiss tensed but still acted like they didn't hear anything. Dawn was still focused on the pups but was listening to the adults talking. Blade and Lucy looked at their mom confused. Vix looked back at them and smiled. "I'm use to pack life so not happening." Vix replied quite harshly. Snake looked at Rei, "Well if anything happens then know you can always come here, you and your pack is welcomed."

"Thanks Snake. I'll keep that in mind." Reika said with a smile, stood up, walked over to Lyall and laid down next to him as Akira and Eyota snuggle into her side. She nuzzles her brother in a show of sibling affection and to comfort him. Kodi, seeing Blade and Lucy not playing, pounced on Lucy. Lucian and Lucia went over to their younger brother and sister and curled up next to them and Freya looked at the adults confused.

Lucy smiled at Kodi and started to play with him. Vix ignore Ashton while Blade laid down next to where Vix was laying. Kishi sat next to her. Snake smiled at Rei. Dawn and Lyrall were watching the pups. Kisa was watching Freya and smiled.

Reika yawned slightly and had just started to settle down to rest a bit only to jump a little at the sound of thunder rumbling in tge distance. She could've sworn the sky was clear but rainstorms do come out of nowhere. "Well Kishi, seems you made it back in time before it rains." The silvery-white dame said looking at said wolf. The pups stopping what they were doing to look up trying to locate where the noise came from.

"Looks like I did." Kishi said as she looked out the broken window. "Let's go inside the room so it's a little dryer." Snake said as he stayed by Kisa's side. Lucy and Blade looked around and they leaned closer to their mother since they were in a unfamiliar place to them. Vix smiled at them.

"I agree." Reika said sitting up a little. Thunder rumbled again but closer and all six of her pups hide in between her and Lyall. "I'd rather not get sick or have the young ones get sick either." She licked each of them on their heads to calm them down.

Kishi led Vixen and the rest deeper in. Vixen laid down with Blade and Lucy cuddle next to her. Kishi sat on Vix's other side as she watched the pups. "I have a idea, how about we sing a song to calm them down." Vix suggested as she looked at the others.

Thunder rumbled again this time louder and closer and the pups yelp in fear and hid between their mom and uncle, whimpering softly. "That's a good idea, Vix and I know just the song." Reika said nuzzling her pups reassuringly and licked their heads. "You should know this one, Ly. Mom and papa used to sing this to us." Vix smiled as her pup stared at Rei and listened to her sing. Lyrall smiled and nuzzled Dawn as he remembered it. The other listened to her. When Rei was done Lightning light up the sky for a few seconds as the thunder sounded and the rain started to fall. Lucy and Blade cuddled closer to Vix making her sit up as they laid under her. While Reika was singing, her pups had started dozing off but jumped thunder rumbled again and hid to the best of their abilities in either her belly fur or buried their faces into their uncle's chest. They calmed down some when Vix began to sing and were soon fast asleep. "Sleep tight little ones. I'll protect you." Reika said softly, moving a little so the pups; Akira, Lucia, and Lucian, were next to her.

Vix saw Rei's pups asleep so she smiled as she looked at hers as they dozed off. Vix finished and moved over to sleep near her pups. "Well you should sleep soon as well Rei." Vix said as she saw Kisa cuddling with snake as they slept. Lyrall and Dawn were sleeping with their tails wrapped around. Ashton yawned and laid down to sleep. Kishi laid near Vix sleeping. "I will stay on watch just in case." Vix added as she looked out the room.

Vix looked at Rei. "If you are sure then okay, promise to wake me up if you hear anything suspicious?" Vix asked as she lowered her head but she didn't close her eyes as she waited Rei to promise to her.
