After the harsh winter, Reika had pups to care for while Vix was having her hands full with her pups. Rei's pup are finally walking about the densite curious about everything. Blade and Lucy were getting the hang with how to play with them. Rei as been off somewhat what could she be thinking or even planning? Will it be safe or will it be dangerous? |

Reika watched her pups either playing with Lucy and Blade, or exploring with a smile. She was glad they were healthy, even if they were on the small side. The winter had been harsh but had become a warm spring. 'How has Lyall and the others been during the famine?' She mentally asked herself as her two youngest pups walk; though it was wobbly, over to her and lay against her belly and curl up. "I hope they're okay." She mused aloud.

Vix came out from her den to stretch. She finally got enough rest from the harsh winter. 'Finally thats over and done with for now.' Vix thought as she stood up straight. Vix saw the pups playing then Vix overheard Rei's question. She headed over to were Rei was and sat down. "Something bothering ya?" Vix asked looking at Rei then the pups.

Reika looks up from the pups to Vix when she spoke. "Remember when we visited your friends and met up with my brother as well?" She asked, ignoring as one of her own pups tried to lick her face. "I was wondering how they have been since we last saw them around the Christmas time." She chuckles as Freya attempted to wrestle Blade. "Maybe we can pay them another visit."

Vix looked at Rei and chuckled. "We can if you want but was about your pups?" Vix asked.
Blade was teasing Freya about not being able to pin him down. Blade smiled and laughed seeing her attempts. Lucy was softly biting the other while they were playing with her tail and biting her back.

Reika glanced at her pups. "They can come but the journey may be slower with them unless they're carried." She answers. "I'm sure the others would like to see them as I was pregnant when I met them."
Freya frowns at Blade's teasing and bites his ear instead. Lucian, Lucia, and Kodi yip as Lucy plays with them and Akira and Eyota curl up and sleep next to their mom.

Vix nodded as she watched the pups and smiled seeing how they were playing.
Blade shakes is head lightly as Freya bites his ear. Lucy was giggling as she lightly places her right paw on Kodi's head to mess with him. She lightly taps the other two with her tail.

"So when would be a good time to go? Can't leave when they're sleep." Reika asked then licks Akira and Eyota's head and they both try to reach up and paw at her muzzle.
Freya smiles at her success and tugs on Blade's ear a little hard. Kodi tries to get Lucy's paw off him by "standing" on his hind legs but falls on his back with a whimper. "Not fair.." he whines while his twin siblings laugh at his misfortune and tackles Lucy when she taps them.

"We can leave tomorrow morning after my hunt." Vix said as she watched the pups sleeping next to Rei. Vix ten looked over to watch the pups playing.
Lucy gently nudges Lucia and Lucian then Lucy looks at Kodi and pokes him with her nose. Blade decides to put a paw on Freya's head while she was still biting is ear.

Reika nodded silently agreeing that would be a good time. "Maybe you can bring Blade and Lucy along. That would be interesting." She said licking Akira on his head to which he did cutely.
Lucian and Lucia growled and were either pulling on Lucy's ear or tail soon followed by Kodi who tackled her. Freya whined a little from Blade putting paw on her and lets go of his ear at bites his paw instead.

Vix looked at Lucy and Blade. “I will talk to them tonight about going with us.” Vix said as she watched them.
Blade smiled and then laid down pretending to be dead. Lucy smiled at them then laid down. “Ah I’m getting attacked.” Lucy joked.

Reika nodded and her thoughts went back to Lyall, Kisa, Kishi, Snake, Ashton and Dawn. She smiled a little as a memory of Ashton acting like a pup came to her mind. "It would be nice to see them again," she mused to herself aloud.
Freya looked at Blade confused and a little scared then let go of his paw and started sniffing him and poking his side. Lucian, Lucia and Kodi laughed at Lucy.

Vix looked at Rei and smiled. "Yeah" Vix said as her attention went back on the pups.
"Got ya." Blade said jerking up as he smiled. Lucy looked at the three pups and smiled as she laid back up.

Reika glances at Vix than back at the playing pups. "So what do you think the other's reactions would be to the pups?" she asked then yawned a little.
Freya yelps scared and runs and hides behind her mom. She buries her face into her mom's fur, whimpering a little, ears flat and shaking a bit. Lucian, Lucia and Kodi glance at their older sister confused but continue to play with Lucy.

"Well they saw you when you were pregnant so they won't as surprised as seeing Lucy and Blade. Plus it would be fun to see the looks on their faces." Vix admitted as she smiled. Vix then looked at Freya hiding behind Rei.
Blade flatten his ears knowing he went a little too far with that joke. Lucy looked at Blade and shook her head then focused back on the three playing with her.

Reika looked at Freya and nuzzled her head. "Its okay, little one. He was just playing." She reassured the cream pup who peeked out from behind her to look at Blade. Reika turned to Blade and saw that he sorry so she didn't say anything. "Why don't we just be careful with that game?" She says as Freya lays down against her chest and curls up.

Vix looked at Blade and sighed. Vix looked at Rei and Freya. "Sorry about that, Rei. Blade and Lucy can sometimes go a little too far." Vix apologized.
Blade laid where he was with his ears still flattened as he saw Freya. Lucy was still playing with the three pups gently. She was still aware of Blade but she decided to comfort him later.

Reika sighed and shook her head. "Its fine Vix. No one is hurt which matters most." She said and licks Freya's head. "I guess its time for bed anyways, its getting late." Reika stood up, walked over to her three remaining pups, picked two of them up; Lucia and Kodi, and set them down next to the others, Lucian following close behind. As she laid back down, the pups yawned and curled up against her. "Seriously, its fine Vix. Pups will do that but really no harm done."

"If you say so Rei." Vix answered as se looked at Blade and Lucy. Vix then headed over to her spot near her den under a tree.
Blade went to lay down nearby Vix. Lucy walked over to him and laid down nudging him. Blade looked at her. Lucy smiled and laid down cuddling up to him and he smiled back then cuddled with her.
Vix looked at them then sighed and went over to lay next to them. "You two want to go on a trip wit me, Rei and her pups tomorrow?" Vix asked them. They looked at her and smiled happily. Vix smiled ten licked them and wrapped her tail around them.

Reika sighed again then laid her head on her paws and curls up a little around her pups. "Pups will be pups but they'll learn." She mutters and Lucian and Lucia cuddle with each other while Kodi is already sleep but on his back and Freya lays her head on her mom's foreleg and lets out a cute yawn. "In time or have a guide." Reika continued, licking all six of the pups then going to sleep herself.
